1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RoPass API, bot, and related services (the "Service"). By accessing, using, or integrating the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

RoPass reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. User Account and API Key Management

To utilize the RoPass API, you must register for an account and be issued one or more API Keys.

• Registration: You must be at least 13 years old to purchase API access.
• API Key Security: API Keys are the sole mechanism for accessing linked ID data. You are responsible for all activities under your API Key and must secure it against unauthorized use. Do not share your API Key publicly.
• Revocation: RoPass reserves the right to revoke any API Key immediately if we suspect a security breach, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms.

3. Permitted Use and Data Access

RoPass grants a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for linking and verifying Roblox accounts with Discord accounts within your applications or services.

• Data Output: The only linked data provided by the authenticated API is the JSON response containing discordId and robloxId.
• Fair Usage: Respect published rate limits and utilize caching to prevent excessive requests that could burden the Service.

4. Prohibited Activities (Security & Integrity)

Violation of security and integrity rules will result in immediate termination of your API Key and potential legal action.

• Database Cracking/Hacking: Attempting to reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to RoPass software, database, or API.
• API Key Evasion: Bypassing security requirements or using a suspended/revoked API Key to access data.
• ID Scraping: Using automated methods to extract linked Discord or Roblox IDs beyond legitimate verification needs.
• Service Disruption: Engaging in activities to overload or disrupt the RoPass infrastructure, including Denial of Service attacks.

5. Prohibited Activities (Reputation & Conduct)

The Service must not be used for illegal, harmful, or reputation-damaging activities.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. RoPass disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service may be interrupted, delayed, or contain errors. Any material obtained through the Service is used at your own risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoPass, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

RoPass shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Service, including loss of data or profits, or any third-party conduct.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
