RoPass is designed to securely link a Roblox account with a Discord account. We only collect the information strictly necessary for verification:

Data Collected

• Discord User ID: Your unique identification number on Discord. Required for verification.
• Roblox User ID: Your unique identification number on Roblox. Required for verification.

Method of Collection & Security

IDs are collected through secure Discord OAuth2 and Roblox OAuth processes. At no point does RoPass access or store your login credentials.

Once collected, your Discord and Roblox IDs are immediately encrypted using military-grade encryption, ensuring that even in the unlikely event of unauthorized access, your data remains completely protected.

Our systems are fully GDPR-compliant, meaning your data is stored and processed only in ways that respect your rights and privacy. We never store usernames, IP addresses, or any other personal information beyond what is strictly necessary for verification.

3. How We Use Your Information

The data we collect is used exclusively for the core functions of RoPass:

• Verification & Linking: Maintaining the one-to-one connection between your Discord and Roblox accounts.
• API Access: Authorized developers with a valid RoPass API key can securely retrieve linked IDs for verification purposes. All data access is logged and monitored.

4. Data Location, Retention, and Security

Data Storage

All data is stored on secure servers within the European Union, ensuring full GDPR compliance. Military-grade encryption protects your IDs at rest and in transit.

Retention & Control

Linked data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide RoPass services or until you request deletion. You can request the complete removal of your data at any time, and we will comply promptly.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

RoPass never sells or rents your data. Disclosure is strictly limited:

• API Access: Only developers with valid RoPass API keys can access linked IDs for verification purposes.
• Legal Requirements: Disclosure only if mandated by law or valid legal requests.

6. Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or permanently delete your linked data at any time. RoPass respects your rights under GDPR, and our processes are designed to make exercising these rights simple and secure.
